First and foremost, I want to say congratulations to my blog partner, Dave, on the birth of his daughter.  Since he’ll be undoubtedly busy, maybe I’ll make a “baby” themed post for tomorrow.  Until then, here’s something short for this afternoon:

Bearded, acoustic guitar playing troubadours will never go out of style.  Regardless of what’s all over the airwaves or filling my iPod, there’s always been a soft spot (at least for me) for an individual who can fill a room with just his guitar and vox.  William Fitzsimmons’ music is no different.  It’s simple, repetitive and perfect for starting the day.  This acoustic rendition of “Goodmorning” is hushed and understated, and over sooner than it should be.  It’s as effortless as breathing.
