This is an incredibly catchy song that I also happen to find fairly humorous. After hearing this song (and then listening to it often) I was very interested in consuming more from the band. I read somewhere they were to be on Carson Daly’s late night program one evening, so I set it to record. I should have known with the multitude of swears in it that the attached song would not be played. No matter, I was okay with knowing I would get to hear something else to formulate a larger picture of their music. Sadly, I was none too impressed with what I did hear and my excitement died down a bit. This is not to say the rest of their music sucks, as I have only briefly heard a few things. Yet I don’t think it’s anything I’ll bust down the door to go and get, because I haven’t done so yet. That’s also not to say I will never go and break a door to get a Wild Light record because, well, you never know. Nevertheless this particular song is very enjoyable.
