I sometimes forget how awesome this band is/was. I came across this video and was blown away once again. I think two of my friends have seen the band live, and I wish I had seen them but have never had the chance. Maybe they aren’t kaput and I’ll get the chance someday.

Indeed, Steve and I saw them in Buffalo in the early 00′s. Julian could barely speak yet sounded studio perfect when he sang. The only thing he said that was decipherable was encouraging a girl to lift up her shirt – then he said “hmm, maybe I’ll see you later.”
