Remember when The Cardigans’ “Lovefool” was absolutely fucking everywhere after Romeo + Juliet came out? Yeah, me too. But if you were paying attention around 1995 – when their second album, Life, was released, you would have seen it coming.
This, the first track from that album, has equal amounts of saccharine appeal as “Lovefool” does, and just as much sing-a-long-ability. And, nearly 15 years after its release, it’s still as good.
