It’s hard to believe that it’s nearing the end of October. This weekend I saw Christmas stuff out for the first time in force; at least they haven’t started playing the music yet. As 2009 closes, there are still some releases to look forward to. This week, the Ben Gibbard/Jay Farrar soundtrack to the upcoming Kerouac documentary tops our personal “must buy” list.

That White Denim album is lights out, a real jazzy sound thats definitely something different. Can’t wait to get my hands on a copy of that new Ben Gibbard, managed to catch one track and it sounds super mossy.
