[mp3] Introducing // Two Wounded Birds – Night Patrol

Haling from Margate – on the Southeast edge of the UK – foursome Two Wounded Birds showcase a sound that’s decidedly dark.  ”Night Patrol,” the first track from their new EP, sounds like it could have been used on the Pulp Fiction soundtrack; it’s surf rock, certainly, but there’s something brooding about the track as well.  It’s a gloomy undercurrent running throughout.

The band is wrapping up a stint opening for The Drums around Europe this week; you can grab their EP – entitled Keep Dreaming Baby – over at Holiday Friends, and the first single from it below.
